Estimado visitante, de acuerdo a los articulos 7 fracc. XIV y XXII, 72 y 80 de la Ley de Turismo en el Estado de Quintana Roo, si usted desea manifestar de manera escrita una protesta turística por la insatisfacción que le causo la prestación de servicios de uno o varios de los funcionarios municipales durante su estancia en Tulum, descargue, llene y envie el formulario a: mejora.regulatoria@tulum.gob.mx
Nos comunicaremos con usted dentro de 5-10 dias hábiles para resolver su petición o informarle sobre el trámite de la misma a partir del día siguiente a su recepción.

Dear visitor, in accordance with articles 7 fracc. XIV, XXII, 72 and 80 of the State of Quintana Roo Law of Tourism, if you wish to manifest a Tourist Protest in written form, because of an insatisfactory service provided to you by one or many of the municipal public servants during your stay in Tulum, download and send your filled out form to: mejora.regulatoria@tulum.gob.mx
We will get back to you within 5-10 working days to resolve your inconformity or keep you updated on the steps that your procedure is in, counting from the day after recepción.
